LET'S GET MOVING
Health and Fitness is not just a hobby for me; it is my passion and a way of life.
I entered my first bikini competition, in October 2013, at the age of 37 while being mother to three children and working a full time job as a Registered Nurse. I did not let the excuses of "I am too old" and/or "I don't have the time" get in the way of my goals. I am a “Fit Mom Who Loves Fitness.”
I wish to inspire women and men and show them that they do not have to settle for the status quo. Age is just a number. Life is about reaching, breathing, and living to your fullest potential. I want to help women and men learn to define themselves, and not be defined by society's norms.
It is my mission to bring inspiration to those who may feel all washed up just because of a number called age! I believe we can be in the prime of our lives when we grow older instead of feeling the decline that many people experience. Going after one’s dreams gives passion and purpose that transcends age, whether it is to run a marathon, climb Mt Everest, or lose that last 10 pounds. There are no boundaries to what can be accomplished, when we put our heart, mind and soul into whatever we are trying to achieve.

"Khamla is a beast! She is one of the most dedicated and experienced trainers around. I have been working with her for a few months and it has truly been a wonderful experience."
